High-strength polyester filament (mainstream) / polyester / nylon yarns are selected to ensure that the raw materials meet the standards for breaking strength and abrasion resistance. Its unit is expressed by the weight of the thread (denier) and the density of the weave (number of threads per inch), for example, 840D 18×18, 1000D 23×23, 1300D 30*30, etc .

As the carrier for functional coatings such as PVC, it is the core raw material for producing tarpaulin and is widely applicable in tarpaulins, tents, advertising printing, industrial protection, and many other fields. Customized Packaging

Knife-coated fabric packaging is designed to meet both product characteristics and transportation and storage needs, ensuring the product remains undamaged during long-distance transport and warehousing stacking while also offering ease of use.

Roll Packaging: PE film is tightly wrapped around the surface of the roll material, with rigid paper tubes or plastic end caps at both ends to prevent inner diameter deformation and provide a complete seal against dust and moisture, preventing stains or dampness during transport. Packaging strength is selected based on the transport distance; woven bags are used for short domestic distances, while thickened waterproof woven fabric with iron/paper tubes sealed at both ends is used for cross-border sea freight or long-distance transport to prevent bumps and punctures.
Customized Finished Product Packaging: Finished products are folded flat and placed in individual PE woven bags or PVC waterproof bags, clearly labeled with product specifications and usage instructions. Multiple finished products are stacked according to uniform specifications and sealed in high-strength woven bags or cartons to prevent wear and tear at folds or damage to corners.

Strict Testing Procedures

A high-quality PVC tarp means that will use the best raw materials. After each batch of raw materials is produced, we will conduct random inspections on them, conduct JINZE internal testing (Tensile Strength and Wear Resistance) and send chair to authoritative third-party laboratories for testing.

Mechanical Performance Testing: Sampling tests are conducted on tensile strength, tear strength (must comply with ISO standards), and coating peel force to ensure the product's tensile and abrasion resistance.
Functional Performance Verification: Specific tests are conducted based on product positioning, including waterproofing, UV resistance, and flame retardancy.
Appearance and Dimensional Inspection: A comprehensive inspection of the finished product's surface flatness, color consistency, and dimensional thickness deviations within allowable ranges, with no skipped stitches, stains, holes, or other defects.
Compliance Audit: The product's compliance with ISO9001, CE, and other certification standards is verified, with accompanying test reports and certificates of conformity, ensuring 100% compliance of products leaving the factory.
